1. About us

This website is operated by Deluxe Collective, a sole trader business based at 19 Nicholson Park, Bracknell, RG12 9QN, United Kingdom. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Deluxe Collective. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.

3. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and product packaging may occasionally differ from the images shown. All products are subject to availability.

4. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Please see our Payment Policy for full details.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and cancellation

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false or misleading information.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Deluxe Collective and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
