Hung low over a table or stepped down a stairwell, the Nordic Macaron Cylinder Pendant Light turns a single fixture into the focal point of the room. Built from solid wood, it leans Scandinavian without tipping into trend. Brushed aluminium is used where the piece is handled most, which is where a cheaper finish would show first. In short: a Scandinavian, solid wood, brushed aluminium pendant light suited to dining room, kitchen island and hallway.
It works in a bedroom as a bedside drop, and pairs well with a second unit when a space needs symmetry. Practical details carry the rest, starting with the adjustable head or arm. Dimensions, colour and fitting options are listed in the specification below. Proportion matters more than ornament here, so the pendant light is sized to read as deliberate in a small space and still hold its own in a large one.
Everything is assembled to be lived with, not just looked at, and the surface is finished to take everyday handling. Part of the Deluxe Collective range, it is chosen to sit alongside the rest of the collection without clashing. Electrical installation should follow local wiring regulations, and mains-wired fixtures are best fitted by a qualified electrician. The finish is consistent across the range, which makes it straightforward to repeat the same look in more than one space.
