This men's turtleneck sweater from Deluxe Collective is made from a soft knit, and on a turtleneck the handfeel matters more than on any other sweater: the collar sits against the throat for hours, so a scratchy yarn is immediately obvious and a soft one disappears.
The turtle neckline is the practical half of the design, closing the gap a crew neck leaves open and holding warmth in through the colder months, often without needing a scarf at all. Long sleeves give full coverage, and a regular fit leaves room to layer underneath.
Nine colorways cover black, ocean blue, beige, forest green, slate, stone, bordeaux, navy blue and white, a range wide enough for quiet neutrals or something with more color. Deluxe Collective recommends it with jeans or dress pants for fall and winter, in sizes S through 3XL.

How to measure. Use a soft tape, keep it level and snug but not tight, and measure over your underwear rather than over clothes.
Bust or chest: around the fullest part, with the tape under the arms and flat across the back.
Waist: around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above the navel.
Hip: around the fullest part of your hips and seat, roughly eight inches below the waist.
Inseam: from the crotch seam down the inside of the leg to the hem.
